About SiC Ceramic Filter / Silicon Carbide Filter
SiC ceramic filter is manufactured using our self-produced high-purity SiC raw material and sintered under 1400°C to form nitride-bonded silicon carbide (NSiC). It is specially designed for the filtration and purification of molten non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper and magnesium alloys.
SiC filters provide excellent high-temperature resistance, outstanding corrosion and erosion resistance, while ensuring no contamination to metal liquid. They effectively remove impurities, inclusions and oxide films during casting to enhance metal quality and casting yield.Customized SiC ceramic filter shapes, porosity and dimensions are available upon request.
